The best part of my therapy for back pain was the ability to identify the correct set of exercises and to implement them on ground. The whole team, were diligent in their approach and ensured that I was comfortable during all the sessions . The initial sessions started with identifying the weak areas and thereafter the subsequent sessions graduated to exercises targeting those weak areas .

I was also provided with an exercise routine for home which enables me to revisit those exercises.

The whole team including the admin staff were accommodative to my change in sessions requirement , and were forthcoming in resolving any hiccups ..

I had a fracture on my left tennis elbow with a cast for 6 weeks. Post that elbow was freezed and there was no movement and lot of pain. Visited Center of movement medicine for physio and the experience was really good where my elbow got flexible and no pain in 10 sessions.

My experience with COMM has been really good. Dr Ritika and her team has tremendously helped me with my back and neck pain. When I first visited the clinic, I was in a lot pain . I hurt my knee while playing football . It was grade 3 Acl tear . It was difficult for me to walk or climb or descend stairs and thought i have to go for surgery. I heard from a friend about COMM . I joined there and it took pretty long time to recover but it was all worth it . The team of physios here are well knowledgeable and passionate in their work .

Few months back I twisted my ankle while running . I was in immense pain. I got to know about Centre of Movement Medicine from their Instagram page . I consulted them and they told me that it is Lateral Ankle Sprain . I took physiotharapy sessions there and today I am well supported by my ankles and I am running without any difficulty.

As I am a student, I would constantly have neck and back problems due to studying. After regular treatment, I have no such issue plus my concentration level has increased a lot. I still visit once a week which helps my body to relax amidst the stress and pressure.
