Sessions are very free flowing in terms of dwelling upon the root causes. Advising from the doctor stays active throughout the session and the atmosphere is maintained to be very comfortable in terms of the sharing the sensitive aspects of the thought processes and communicating on an overall basis.

Conduction of therapy is overall very good.

She'll listen to you with an open mind and tell you exactly the root of your problems and will help you overcome it. She's incredibly warm and compassionate so that makes it much easier to talk to her. 10/10 would recommend.

As an international student, my experience with Riddhima on Practo was highly disappointing. Despite being just 50 minutes late for my first therapy session, she outright refused to accommodate me, citing the policy regarding refunds and rescheduling in a very rude manner. I strongly advise against seeking therapy from her* ** *** ***** ***** ************* *** ***********.

Dr Ridhima is very friendly, she listens to whatever I want to say with patience, never judges and explains it so nicely. She never tell what to do but helps figure out a solution by ourselves. Only after 2 meetings with her, I feel better and been able to work on myself through her tips too.

Riddhima is really good at what she does, she was able to breakdown the elements into elements and focus on the solutions one at a time. I have had three sessions and each one of them were fruitful.

Dr. Riddhima is a very talented professional. I visited her because I wanted to figure out some things in my life. She gave me a safe space to talk about my issues.
