I have been seeing him for the last three years. His work inculcated my faith in medicine. Yes, treating mental is a long process and he treats them well. I knew my issues. But, he knew how to get me out of it. I will recover completely soon. He allows the patients to speak up that allows him to understand their problems. I had issues for the last 25 years or so and in 3 years, I have reached a point when I know it will take me like a year to get completely healed and start a healthy life. He is one of the best people in Delhi for mental illnesses. I travel from South Delhi to West Delhi for myself. Initially, I went to him weekly. After some time, I started going there once in two weeks, and then I started working and sometimes, I did not seek an appointment for a month or even more but I stayed connected with him, followed his advice, took initiatives as suggested, and kept recovering. Now, I see him regularly because I know we have reached a point where the process can be fastened. Give him time, take meds, do exercise, and have some self-motivation to get healthy and fit again. Every problem has a solution, try to fix it especially the mental issues to lead a healthy life.

We ( Me & wife)are continuously taking counselling from Dr. Kaushik since year 2009 and feel that Dr. became our friend now . The way he is handling us is superb very down to earth and clear all our doubts .
