I have taken diet for 3 Months from Dietician Priya Mittal and lost 12.5KGS in those 3 months from 98 Kgs to 85.50 Kgs. Apart from weight loss, Cholesterol level were down by 20% in just 3 months.

Diet for each week provided was superb and there were no cravings to eat unhealthy food. Each day follow up by dedicated dietician(Ms. Divya) was also fantastic and whole team was very friendly to guide properly.

Overall very nice experience, will recommend to people who want to become 'fit from fat' just by following a good diet along with moderate excercise/walk.

Nutritionist Priya Mittal is an amazing dietician. I have tried to follow so many diet routines previously but never got satisafactory results and also could never follow it sincerely. Then I came across zenith Diet mentors . And was able to lose almost 11.3Kg’s in 3 months time and good inches loss as well. Her diet is very easy to follow, no fancy food, just normal food that can be made easily. It's awesome।। I started my journey at 95 kg now after 4 month it's 85. Weight is just a number but lots of inches lose and beauty enhancement of my face.
