I had a very severe neck and backache due to work from home and my bad sitting posture.. when everything failed on me, I luckily found on youtube about Gem spine clinic.. saw their video of whole body alignment looked quite satisfying.. I went there he cracked my bones (painlessly) 😁... post body alignment his team spent about 45 minutes more to give me vaccum cup therepy and other kind of therepy which was really relaxing for me.. and post therepy i could feel 95% relief then and there.. and within 3 days my pain and stiffness got vanished.. From past few months I had severe pain in my lower back which restricted my movement and household chorus. I was finding it difficult to even walk for more than 10 minutes and could barely be in one position for longer hours. Due to the pain, I wasn't able to sleep properly.

After hearing about, Gem Spine clinic, I consulted in Preet Vihar branch where Dr. Piyush diagnosed for the weakning of spine and advised further. Then my treatment started in Rishab vhr branch where Dr. Piyush treated me. After the first few sessions, the pain reduced and muscle started to strengthen slowly which helped me in coming back to my daily routine. At the end of my treatment, after 2 months, I'm able to do my household work, able to go for long walks without much pain. The exercises they prescribe are according to the needs of the patients. They also have equipments which are used for various exercises. The doctors here are well informed.
