Ms.PayalChhoker is a trained Clinical Psychologist from one of the renowned mental health institute popularly known as IHBAS, Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences. She has been actively involved in providing Psychological Counseling and Support to clients who find it difficult to cope with various issues related to their mental health. She has worked with renowned institutes like Centre of Excellence in Mental Health, PGIMER, Dr. Ram ManoharLohia Hospital, New Delhi, Apollo HospitalSaritaVihar, O.P. Jindal Global University (OPJGU) and other private setups. She as a trainer has worked with Jindal’s Institute of Behavioral Sciences for providing various mental health awareness programs, teachers training programs, outreach programs for principals and teachers of eminent schools like DPS, DAV, Mayo College etc all over India. These programs received media coverage in many cities and were highly appreciated across the nation. She has been a prominent faculty, in a Certificate Programme on Leadership, Management and Communication Skills for the Officers of the Central Tibetan Administration and a 5 Day Certificate Programme on Leadership Development, Stress Management and Performance Enhancement for the officers of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) held in the month of July 2016, OPJGU.At Anandam her expertise is utilized in delivering the good of psychological services to our clients suffering from various mental health issues. She is well equipped in providing specialized therapies like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Enhancement therapy (MET), Play therapy, Group& Family therapy, Hypnotherapy, Relaxation Therapy, Biofeedback and other Evidence-Based Therapies.
