We are based in Australia and with COVID issues and close down my younger son never got opportunity to interact with kids of his age. This resulted in delay in understanding, cognitive ability and speech.

When he was four, I decided to look for specialist help and got in touch with Ms. Niyati and initial assessment she highlighted cognitive, speech related issues and understanding delay of more than two years of age.

Initially it was challenging because of multi-issues like different time-zone, no physical connect between kid and specialist as all our meetings were on Zoom, but hats-off to Ms Niyati who patiently managed to be friend with my son and alongside, with creative activities like art-craft, story she manage to derive great attention ensuring his understanding level improves and he starts conversing age appropriately

It’s been more than year of regular classes and I can vouch that my son cognitive skills have changed dramatically, his understanding is now age appropriate and I can see upward curve in his speech ability as he started conversing in sentences.

We as a parent very scared and confused to whether we should go with a test or not And after having a word with Dr Niyati all our doubts got cleared and we felt so much relaxed that we are in competent hands now. It’s been one and a half month now and I must say we have seen a radical improvement in our child’s behaviour he has started following orders responding to our voice commands following instructions and what not all thanks to our dear Dr Niyati she is truly a magician and also helped us as a parent to look for what all development options we have at our home Which we can perform with the kids so that he can understand and learn fast.

Every time we visit there we learn something new and we make it learn to our child as well which gives overall performance enhancement.

Dr Navdeep and Dr Niyati Chorpra are very much competent doctors and kind hearted (which is a plus). They cleared many of our doubts in mind and helped our child to listen carefully and talk. We are very thankful to Vaishali Tanwar as well, who is taking the speech therapy sessions. They are a good team, who are helping others to overcome the hearing/speech problems. We would definitely like to recommend Unicare for Speech and Hearing problems.
