Ma’am is very observant. She could see through me. When I went for my session for the very first time I was so nervous that I was sweating a little. But as I opened the doors there she was smiling at me and offering me a seat and a glass of water. I knew there and then that I was in the right hands. She was listening attentively to my problems, for the first time I felt that someone actually cares enough to listen to me. I am so grateful to her.
