Visited Holistic abode for 6 sessions . At the first go, Dr. Ananya understood the problem, was very friendly. Gave me time to open up and speak freely . Now Iam much better at the time of writing this. I feel I would not have been in this position by myself if it had not been for the support I got from the clinic. I can’t thank her enough ever.

Ananya ma'am's expertise and apporoach is unique. I personally felt alot of positivity, relaxation, self awareness with her sessions. If you feel you can have an open mind and her expertise can be helpful, then do try. Overall she is very approachable, soft spoken, great listening and helpful. I feel I am lucky that I managed to get in touch with her. I am still work in progress but after 3 sessions I feel positive and good, looking forward to further exploration amd working on myself.

Ms. Ananya was like a breath of fresh air and that is exactly what I needed before going into the appointment. She was extremely kind, empathetic and made me feel very comfortable as I opened up about things. She used her years of experience with a fresh mindset which I think personally will always make her my go-to. I had multiple psychological and emotional issues
like getting attached too easily with people, lack of motivation, too sensitive, getting hurt easily even for petty problems. When I met her, she made me comfortable and listened to me thoroughly. She recommended Behavioral tools. This helped me to take control of my emotions and manage life in better way. I added few other things like meditation, watching and following Andrew Huberman(Youtube) these three worked for me in positive manner. Personally I would recommend to consult your emotional psychological issues with Ms. Ananya to better manage your emotions , ultimately life.

I took therapy with Ananya & just after a few sessions could overcome some deep rooted issues, mental anxiety & depression. I've been seeing Dr Ananya for depression and anxiety. She is very patient and polite to understand your issues. She has a warm, welcoming personality that immediately puts you at ease. I felt a significant change in my mood just after a few sessions. Over the course these sessions, she has changed my perspective to a much positive one with her EFT tapping techniques.
Her healing strategies are effective in resolving deep-rooted trauma. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is seeking counselling.
