Ms. Monica Sharma

My experience with Dr. Monica was good. She was attentive and dedicated towards her work throughout, that she made sure I was satisfied in every session, by asking me about the things that I want to work on, checking on my progress, the activities for emotional regulation. Also analysed my situation and guided me where my focus is needed.

And all of it was with friendliness.

This therapist is awesome! She's super nice, friendly, and really cares about her clients. She makes you feel safe and comfy so you can talk about anything. With her help, I've made some really good changes in my life and feel loads better mentally. I totally suggest her to anyone who needs a caring and skilled mental health expert.

Life can be tough but doesn’t always have to be that way. Specially when you come across someone like Dr. Monica Sharma. My life was in a mess Or so I thought when I decided to contact Dr. Sharma for personal counselling. What I thought were big life challenges for me to handle, we’re just mere obstacles to Dr. Sharma which she thoroughly helped me overcome. The phase I was stuck in was a really dark one. I was having negative thoughts about myself and everyone around me. I’d lost perspective over life . I’d always been a hopeful person and someone who was full of life , but then things happened and I was left as a person with no hope who just thought very low of herself. Personal counselling sessions with Dr. Sharma was a life changing experience for me. The way she was extremely patient while listening to me was commendable. I lived far from her clinic and often used to get stuck in the traffic, but she always managed to give time to me. Through simple yet very thoughtful tasks she helped me cope up with all the unresolved issues I had kept within. My family was sceptical to send me to a doctor for mental health since that is the kind of stigma Indian society has towards mental health, but Dr. Monica's personal counselling sessions not only helped my mental health but also changed the perspective of my family towards such issues. Dr. Sharma didn’t treat me as someone who just came for treatment but her behaviour was that of a friend, which made me feel free to share my problems with her. She kept my confessions discrete from my family and also gave me tips to deal with life struggles. Today I am again that self confident girl who is full of life and love. I had thought I lost myself but through Dr. Monica's personal counselling sessions I regained my old self. This newfound confidence of mine, I really owe it to Dr. Sharma. A big thanks to her and I really one hundred percent recommend it to all those going through a tough time. May God bless you Mam, you truly are a gem!!

First of all i would like to say that Monica mam is the best person whomever i have met in my Life. She Saved my life. Before coming for counseling with mam i was suffering from physical disease as well as mentally disturbed also. Almost lost hope in life and nothing was working for me. Even i lost interest in life and started to think that it is just near to end .... that's why treatment of disease was also not working.But after a lot of researches I met With Mam and Got a number of sessions, which works as a magic 🪄 for me . Now i regain hope nd enthusiasm in my life...nd getting healed day by day at physical level nd mental level also.Mam is so nice and Friendly that's why i never hesitate to share anything or to ask anything.And one more thing is that Mam Patiently heared everything whatever i asked nd nicely advised me which helped me a lot.Thanks Mam for saving me and my Life 💕...

I began therapy in March 2023. At first, I saw various counselors, but it didn't improve my situation. Eventually, I met Monica mam, and on the very first day of counseling, I realized that none of the previous counselors had focused on the underlying causes of my mental health issues. Identifying the root causes is more crucial than finding quick fixes. My sessions with Monica mam typically lasted around an hour, during which she addressed all my concerns. I had severe anxiety problems, but now I can manage my anxiety, anger, and past traumatic experiences much better, with an improvement of over 80%. I finally feel like myself again. I highly Recommend her for Anxiety and Depression.

not recommended, only loss of money, all the time has been spent by explaining and answering her questions, see did not even told any thing about need to be done, that too after 02 session and spending 2500 for each session, i have visited for my kid for evaluation of his behaviour changes, but see did not suggested anything by saying that the child has no issue. ** ***** **** **** **** ** ***** ******* ***** *** ****** *** ****** ******** * ******* *** ********* *** ****** *** ********* *** ***********

One thing that you need the most, when u r sick ( be it mentally and physically) is someone to care about you, with whom you feel seen & heard. Someone who really gives attention to you and about your problems, feelings etc. The most basic thing you need is acceptance. This Doctor will listen to your problems very patiently . She will Empathise, and then only she gives the solution. In my opinion doctor is well educated and experienced. <3

There was a bad phase in my life when I felt that there was nothing left in my life. That time life was worthless for me and I was thinking about ending my life, then someone told me to meet a good psychologist. After this, I searched online, then get to know about Dr. Monica. Then when I met him, I felt that there was very little I had read about him. During the treatment, I met Dr. Monica several times and each time it felt like I was talking to my best friend, not a doctor. I used to tell them very easily the things that I could never say to anyone. Her friendly behavior gradually reduced my mental stress and once again I started looking to life from a positive perspective. Now, I am completely happy with my life and enjoying life with full energy and all credit goes to Dr. Monica.

1) Ms. Monica always start her session with her smile which makes other person comfortable.

2) She always listen to you properly and you can discuss each and everything with her comfortably.

3) She gives you the best possible way to get out of your emotional problems.

4) Sometimes I got late for the session but she never got angry and still welcomed me with her beautiful smile.

5) She is very friendly.

6) One can always feel comfortable with her while discussing the problems.

She is a very cooperative Psychologist. She listens to me about all the concerns related to my son and my emotions attached to it. She patiently listened and answered all my doubts related to learning disability.

Most of the Psychologists take one month time to give the report of Psycho-Educational Assessment. Even though She said that she will give reports in 10days but I requested to give it in one week, she agreed and gave me before time.

She is worth visiting if genuinely need the right direction.
