Am an MSc in Dietetics and Food Service Management . I have experience as a Clinical Nutritionist as i have worked at a hospital . Its important to eat a balanced Diet and be healthy rather than avoiding any macronutrient . I believe Weight management should be undertaken keeping all health parameters in mind. I don't recommend Fad diets or Crash dieting. That is extremely harmful in the long run and can cause malnutrition. I specialize in diets for people suffering from metabolic disorders as well as Liver and Biliary disorders.
Dr. Mili is a wonderful person. I had a consultation with her for my son for his weight loss..The way she explained to him about his diet & workout plan was very sweet & to the point..Yet to come across a decent doctor..wish we have more doctors like her..
I consulted Dt Mili Sethi for a diet plan and weight loss program. I lost 6.5 kgs within 21 days. Her approach was very friendly and also very professional at the same time. She gave me an intense diet chart to follow with a variety of options.. and a couple of exercise routines to fit my body type and life style as well. She has brilliant knowledge when it comes to food and diet and also helped me target my arm that had been fractured in an accident. Some of the exercise improved my mobility in the given arm and released a lot of atrophied muscles !
