Mehr has been working in the field of psychology and has experience with all children, adults, couples, and families.
Combining of psychoanalytic techniques, positive psychotherapy, humanistic, as well as behavioural therapies, Mehr uses an eclectic approach to empower her clients.
Mehr is also a passionate dancer, and combining this passion with psychology, she possesses a certification of a Dance/Movement Psychotherapist from CID-UNESCO, adding another skill set to her arsenal.
She does not believe in labeling and categorizing, instead, knows that every individual is capable of achieving their highest potential with the right guidance.
Whether it is hypnosis, expressive arts, or talk therapy, her work is customized according to the uniqueness of the individual.
