I have Hypothyroidism and PCOD. I am advised to reduce my weight which is currently 83.5. Have to reduce it to 62 (Target Weight) Need a proper diet plan (Eggeterian). could you please help ? I am going for gym workouts in mornings for around 1 hour.

High body fat

Hello mam, I am a 18 year old male ,my weight is 70kg. Actually my body is too soft for a 18 year old male ,body is like female body and I have grown some havvy amount of fat over the chest area like man boobs or gyno whatever I don't know. I am very depressed for the matter,do I have some kind of hormonal problem? I do a little research on internet and find out that it may happens because of low testosterone and high estrogen level in body however I am not much aware of this matters. Some people suggest me to lose weight or loss body fat ,so I started some low carb diet and do some lil bit of exercise but that doesn't help me with my problem I only lose some kgs of weight that's all. please mam help me with this matter I want to make sure what kind of problem I have a before a visit. He does a thorough assessment *** ** ********* *************. He was able to help me very quickly with the issues that I presented to him in our first visit. Manish is also very respectful, sensitive and has excellent communication skills. I felt that he was always available to me if I had any questions between our sessions. The thing I appreciated the most about him was, although I was there to lose weight, his focus was on how and what I ate; he never weighed me and never made me feel at all uncomfortable about my weight and food choices. With his positive support and directions I have lost weight, while eating healthier and more consciously (without being self conscious or feeling deprived) as a result. I feel like I am on the right track for the first time in a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

He is very relatable and it was easy to open up to him about my insecurities and goals. His approach to weight loss and management is all about moderation and whole-body health. It feels much more realistic and attainable when you don't have to eliminate entire food groups from your diet.
