When one goes to a Counseller, one doesn't expect pain killers on a prescription. One just expects a non-judgmental and patient listener, someone who can be in one's shoes and think and suggest realistic tips, even the most innocuous tweaks in instinctive responses to situations, which can ultimately make all the difference between black and white. Manavi has the calm of a listener, coupled with the tenacity to detect the root cause quickly -- the worm that's been causing the trouble in one's mind. And it works, if one pays attention. So, kudos to her and surely way to go!

*** ****** *** ********* ** *** *** ** *** **** ** *** ****** She's very understanding and makes you feel comfortable and creates a safe space for you. She's very approachable and not at all judgemental. She wouldn't treat you as a subject, but a human that needs guidance in regulating emotions. I am able to understand my own self and my emotions better after spending time with her. She's very professional and yet manages to connect with you. I don't have anything constructive to write here, just all things good. 11/10 would recommend her.

Manavi is excellent and listens patiently with an open mind. She is one of the few Queer friendly therapists we have in Delhi. I felt comfortable sharing things i have never voiced to others. I would definitely recommend her and have recommended her to others in the past who have been equally, if not more, happy with their sessions with her. The center is very well equipped, calm and welcoming.

I was skeptical about seeing a therapist until I had a few sessions with Ms. Manavi Khurana. It took a while until I opened up, and what I liked was that she was patient, and encouraging, and she would actually listen, repeat things I said. That allowed for objectivity, and most importantly allowed me to see how my negative thoughts were constructed, and reinforced. I must add that she is empathetic and most importantly not judgemental about the things discussed. She is open, yet she directs you about the small changes you need to make. She's appreciative as well, she remembers the tiniest of details, which shows that she is invested.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is seeing a therapist for the first time, or for anyone who wants to change to a new therapist.
Ms Manavi Khurana is very good at understanding the other person, and she raises such important questions in between which make a person realise the issues which he never bothered to address. And that turns out to be the solution to the problem. And this is only after 2 sessions, I would highly recommend her!

Manavi takes a personal interest in your life. She suggests books or articles or reports that might help with a paper you're working on. She'll suggest resuming activities that you've always been doing because she knows you need an outlet. She's really nice.
