One just expects a non-judgmental and patient listener, someone who can be in one's shoes and think and suggest realistic tips, even the most innocuous tweaks in instinctive responses to situations, which can ultimately make all the difference between black and white. Manavi has the calm of a listener, coupled with the tenacity to detect the root cause quickly -- the worm that's been causing the trouble in one's mind. And it works, if one pays attention. So, kudos to her and surely way to go!
