Dr. Lovleen Kaur

I have been seeing Dr.Lovleen Kaur for my long term depression. She is very good with her therapy sessions and techniques. She makes you feel very comfortable, listens to all that you have to say patiently. The best part is that she really knows the problem and gives you precise and correct explanations for the same. Her knowledge on the subject is so good that whatever you tell her she will understand immediately and give you an alternative way of thinking plus solutions. I was really in a bad phase but within just one session I followed what she had told me and instantly felt so much better. If anyone is suffering from any kind of stress,anxiety ,depression or any trauma issues or any other kind of issues that you are hesitant about talking to with any person you can really give her a visit or consult her online. I myself have consulted her online and I am so happy . She is like a friend very understanding . I thought that maybe therapy needs to have an in -person visit to work in a better way but even online works really well. As I am in a different city therefore it is very helpful that she is available online too. Thank you so much to her , I now have a complete faith that I will come out of all the issues that I have been facing for long.

I began online sessions with Dr. Loveleen for anxiety, depression, and marital counseling. She consistently proved to be an excellent listener—always patient and ready to address my questions. I now feel more informed about my conditions, significantly aiding me in coping more effectively. I've gained a clearer distinction between what is and isn't under my control, as well as strategies for handling uncertainty. Dr. Loveleen helped me understand how to reduce anxiety and when I need to make individual decisions and live with them.

She was flexible in scheduling and rescheduling meetings as needed, responding promptly to urgent messages.

Overall, I've had a great experience with her and would highly recommend to anyone considering Psychotherapy.

Dr Loveleen has helped me understand myself like no other.

I have been visiting her ever since I was diagnosed with my personality. She analyses so intrinsically, what might have triggered in me my reactions and helps me understand the same. I have always been resistant to medication, and I guess therapies have done to me, what years long of meds could not. She has suggested me some distress management techniques that have helped me manage my days better. I have come to realise of my faulty thinking patterns, in her sessions. She never judges me for who I am and assures me of a better future. It is because of her that I know that I ll be able to have a more balanced life ahead of me.

Dr. Lovleen was very receptive to my need of discussing the issues in detail, much more than what is needed for a therapist to recommend an action plan perhaps. Not every person is the same, and she quickly understood that I was looking more for explanations of the issues I was facing rather than just seeking actions I could take to avoid the stress that resulted from those issues.

She administered CBT and asked me to journal my thoughts/feelings throughout the days between appointments. She also advised some breathing exercises to keep anxiety under control during this period. Both of these recommendations were extremely helpful in processing my own thoughts and getting some interim relief whenever I would slide down the pit of anxiety.

I highly recommend Dr. Lovleen as a therapist/ psychologist.

PS: More generally, managing one's mental health is a life skill in the current times and it's better to visit a therapist earlier than later, because a lot of times the extent of damage is much greater than one self-assesses.

Dr Kaur makes me feel at ease and comfort. Sometimes it is not easy to speak about anxiety but I can freely with her. She is very friendly. She explains very simply and aptly. I have listened even on down days. I have always felt highly motivated after the session.

Dr. Loveleen ma'am is great in her field... *** ** * **** **** **** ***********. she understand the core of the problem... whether it is a CBT or a CAT...She don't judge her clients... she just observe them and work on those things that are the main issues of the problem... should i say mental illness. I like that she is straightforward... for me... she is a very good therapist and I'll definitely recommend her for many psychological problems... whether it is your insecurities... or any of your intrusive thoughts issues. Currently... i m taking CBT (Cognitive behavioural therapy) from her and everything is going really great... she knows the core of my all problems... and slowly slowly... my life is getting better and better. and in last... I'll say that... THANK YOU MA'AM, I'll definitely overcome my insecurities and fears and many all messed up things, i trust you a lot. Thank you so much.

The doctor has a very friendly approach, which makes me comfortable. I usually don't open up so easily but the way Dr. Loveleen approaches the issues helps me a lot. She has a warm, empathic and non-judgmental aura. I have often talked to her about things that I feel like I might have done wrong but she has always responded to them in the most non-judgmental way. She has also helped me overcome any irrational guilt I have and she has helped me restore a better self concept. She ihas a huge role to play in how well I'm responding to therapy and the betterment of my interpersonal relationships.

Exceptional counsellor and extraordinary person. Really grateful to her for helping me sail through the toughest challenge I have faced. Kind hearted patient listening and an approach of taking care and not judging make her an outstanding counsellor.

I can't begin to describe my experience with you mam, there is no one I would like to recommend more than you, talking to u was like talking to a big sister I never had. I can't thank you enough for understanding me when I really needed to connect back to my family & friends. U r the person who treated me like a human after all the torment n suffering I had. She is a lovely doctor! She tries to understand and then help you solve the problem in the most friendly way!
