Ms. Laavanya specialises in delivering talk therapy to people living with mental health concerns including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Anger, Stress, and Panic. she also helps clients manage executive dysfunction and adult ADHD. Her method is based on principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Experiential Psychodynamic Approaches. she works both virtually and in-person. she is also trained in Queer Affirmative Counselling Practice. She believes in providing a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, and work towards their goals.
Session on time, very clear explanations. I felt much better after just the first session. I felt that she had such a good way of communicating that I could just talk freely without having any fear. Every session we have insight and I try new strategies that actually work. I am seeing a big positive change in myself, Laavanya has been a blessing!
The first thing I noticed about Laavanya was her ability to make you feel completely relaxed. I did not feel any nervousness while talking to her about things I had kept to myself for ages.
