Dr. Abu Jonayed helped me a lot by his manual therapy approach (including treatments like dry needling and cupping) because my entire back, neck and shoulder had so many trigger points and painful spasms. He is up to date and contemporary with all the well known treatments, given his background with working in professional sport as well.
