Dr. Jyoti Shukla provided exceptional care during my recent visits. Their attentiveness, clear communication, and expertise made me feel comfortable and confident in their medical guidance. Ms Shukla has been exceptionally understanding and helpful in my dealing with negative thoughts and emotions resulting from Bipolar depression. She has supported a great deal with me exploring the pattern of thoughts and also provided very effective tips to help with those.I have been open to her about my sexual identity and she was not only completely non-judgemental but also very supportive and compassionate. I have seen other psychologists before but revealing my identity to her was far more comfortable and inspired confidence. She asked me several times if I had any issues with my sexual identity to be sure that it wasn't contributing to my depression; reassuring each time that it is completely fine and normal to be so. During our counseling sessions, she listens carefully and enquires about things which are unusual or have done hidden subtext. Understanding your own thoughts with her is easy and fruitful. I have also disagreed with her at times and she gracefully accepted my opinion and pushed me think further along those lines to ensure that I truly believe so. When something doesn't sit right and you voice it to her, she lets you take the lead in further exploring your thoughts on that.My therapy with her has been in conjugation with my psychiatric medicines. Meds do their work but they can't do what therapy does. For anyone who's reading, just a small suggestion: while Ms Shukla is a fantastic therapist, you have to meet her halfway. It is important to do exercises that she suggests. The good thing: she takes your interest in account before suggesting the exercise. I have had better compliance to these suggestions compared to other therapists. Also, it can be a while before you get better. The key is perseverance.

Jyoti Shukla is a Great Empath. She has a great ability to sense what her patient is thinking and feeling. She helped me understand all my problems. I felt better after the very first session. She listened to my problems and devoted her full time. I am really grateful to her. She not only helped me in resolving my office problems but also helped in making my relationships better. She showed me new perspectives. I feel very empowered now after third session. She is really a great psychologist. I can vouch that any person who comes to her will definitely be benefitted...

Ms. Jyoti shukla is very soft spoken and polite and she gives you all the time to express yourself and you won't feel that you are talking to her for the first time. she suggested some solutions to the issues which I am. currently dealing, she is very understanding and calm, I am definitely booking another appointment with her.

Ms. Jyoti Shukla is very efficient psychologist. She advised very practical and easy changes in life which made me feel better after few days only. She goes into complete detailing of the problem and after she comes out of the solution which are easy to adapt.

It was very important for me to sit down and introspect my thoughts and the my counselor helped me with this. Got to know many ways to apply anytime when ever my mind would try to go backwards from where I started. For a person like me who doesn't share what's going on their heads it's really very important to find some way to get out the thoughts and see what's wrong. The counselor helped me realize that I could do this by speaking about my thoughts. She gave me ample of uninterrupted time to talk about what's troubling me and only then did she suggest ways to fix the problems. Working on myself right now and doing much better as I was when I first spoke to her. I would only say if you need someone who's ready to listen all your problems without any judgement and help you fix them.. then you should talk to this counselor.

I have been facing stress management issues since three years due to many reasons with hormonal imbalance and frequent change of workplace being the major ones. It was recently that I finally decided to take professional help for it and thank heavens that I did!

The ones who've been going through anxiety issues will understand how difficult it is to take the first step, i.e. seeking medical help and the best thing that I liked about Ms. Jyoti is that she made this step as smooth as she could from the very beginning of the session itself. I didn't even feel I was sitting in some clinical environment.

It has only been one session so I can not say much about the success of the treatment but I have at least started to try to take positive view of things which, given the severity of my case, is a decent improvement.

I will strongly recommend this doctor to anyone who has stress management or anxiety issues and has been unable to take that first step!

Dr. Jyoti is a great doctor. I had booked an online appointment with her for my daughter. She is very understanding and explained the entire problem. The treatment was very simple and she did not prescribe any medicine...just a few exercises. I was very worried about my daughter but she made the consultation so comfortable and friendly. I will always be thankful to her. God bless her.
