Not only would I recommend Dr Himanshu, I would very highly and strongly recommend him :)) He is really kind, supportive and patient in his approach and always available and accessible for questions and clarifications. It took a lot for me to decide to visit a nutritionist and start my weight loss journey. I was most worried about being asked to make drastic changes to my lifestyle that I would not be able to sustain. Dr Himanshu did not disappoint on that front. He really worked with my lifestyle and preferences and made subtle but very important changes. Little more than a month later the effects are visible inside and out and I'm still happily following his prescribed diet. It's like having a one-man army/cheerleader behind you who is consistently checking in, motivating you, guiding you and working with you to make sure you stay on track and succeed in this journey. I have been struggling a lot for my Weight loss consultancy and then i have come across with Dietitian and Nutritionist Himanshu Rai based out of South Delhi in Defence Colony. I love food so he consulted and gave me a diet plan which mainly covers my favourite mouth-watering dishes such as shakes, deserts, chicken dishes in an effective manner. I would like to thank Dr Himanshu for all that he has done for me. I had become overweight and had started facing obesity related issues. I had bene trying to lose weight for almost 2 years, but it kept going up. Upon consulting him and strictly following his diet plans and advice, I was able to:
