I completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biological Sciences at Edinburgh University and later, my doctorate in clinical psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Neuroscience, King's College London.I am experienced in providing individually tailored, evidenced-based therapy for depression and anxiety disorders (such as social anxiety and OCD) as well as more severe and complex difficulties including PTSD, personality disorders and psychosis. I work in an integrative style principally using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused-Therapy and Mentalisation-based therapies.
