Ms. Vidhi Chawla

I recently took a session with a dietician Dr. Vidhi. She is so good at her job. She started the process by collecting information about my lifestyle and everything such as what I eat daily, what I do, exercise, and all. After considering everything she suggested a whole excellent diet plan to me. She didn't tell me to stop anything I do or eat but limited it at a certain point. She is the best motivator. She helped me to balance things out and maintain my diet. It was a remarkable session. Highly recommended

Dt. Vidhi is a great nutritionist and an amazing human being which not only helps us to meet our targets but also educates about the healthy lifestyle. She motivates a person throughout their weight loss/gain journey and helps them to boost themselves . She provides the diet plan according to your likes and dislikes and she also takes care of your cravings. I like her tagline “You’re what you eat” and this is a fact actually .

It's probably too early to comment or give a feedback on Vidhi. I found her to be a pretty, young *** * ************* ********* who could explain the reasons of gaining weight and how to bring it down by following a discipline and her advise

It's been 2 + months and i have lost Around 5-6 kgs. The meals are easy to get and very effective. You dont feel starved instead there is a feeling of satisfaction throughout the day. The diet also targets on your ongoing health concerns through homely food remedies. There is regular follow up with the team and the entire engagement can be managed through both face to face as well as virtually. I have never been to the centre and have managed the transaction online by giving just minimal interaction time through my busy schedule. At the end I would recommend this to every one who are looking for a target based weight management as well as people seeking health management through diet.
