I had developed iron deficiency anemia which came to notice in march 2023 on routine blood tests.. my Hb was 8 only.. the reason being menorrhagia. I undewent Polypectomy and DNC immediately along with Harmone therapy and iron supplements which hardly helped improve my Hb levels.. I had been suffering from extreme fatigue levels with increased body weight for which I could not even exercise as i was so tired..I also have GERD and had been on antacids since 5 years..I contacted Shilpa mam in the end of October. This was my second time contacting her as earlier i had joined mam for weight loss and that worked so well for me around 4-5 years back. After a long discussion with her she decided to plan a therapeutic diet for me to overcome deficiency of essential nutrients in my body esp my iron deficiency as required absorption of iron wasn’t happening. The meals that were planned were so nutrient packed and were easily made at home as she guided the recipes fr the same.. she also added some miracle food like moringa and millets to my diet which I had never earlier eaten.. being fond of cooking i also made new recipes by the ingredients told by mam.. i was eating full hearty yummy meals throughout the day and enjoying preparing and eating them.

Results: my Hb levels rose to 11.2 from 8.1 within three months

My gastric issues subsided as I almost stopped taking an antacid..Additional benefits: my undereye dark circles almost vanished which had been with me for so so many years, my skin quality improved, my hairfall improved..and i had a fair amount of inch loss and some weight loss etc etc

After three months i am able to start with my workout sessions and i m continuing my good health journey with focus on maintaining a good lifestyle under guidance of Shilpa Mam..

Review : I WENT TO SHILPA MAM WITH HIGH DIABETES AND HIGH HBA1C LEVELS. ALSO I WAS OVERWEIGHT. I LOST 12KGS IN 2 MONTHS. I want to share my experience regarding dietician assistance which I confiscated from Dietician Shilpa Chawla Mam ,to be honest it was mind blowing experience because being a men my body is very fragile and all my dermatologist gave red flag regarding

*Milk(because of Lactose intolereance)

*and other food products

and with that I totally stopped thinking that in future i will be drinking again milk in my life ,but big thanks to Shilpa Mam. In addition, after so many conditions I put in front of her she gave me awesome suggestions and from that I got astonishing results in which I did not gained any belly fat but my purpose of gaining weight got fulfilled. In last I would say that I am so grateful to have a best dietician like Shilpa Mam and this journey will always be incomplete without her guidance and wise wisdom that she gave me time to time in all my sessions and with my extra questions that i always asked her in my sessions from her which were related to my diet.
