Dr. Umesh Solanki (Physiotherapist)

I was suffering from severe pain in my right leg – from thigh to middle finger of feet and Tarsal & Metatarsal bones. My numbness started gradually in my middle finger. I was unable to walk freely and fast. Also I used to get frequent cramps in both my legs. It was unbearable pain.

My brother took me to Dr. Umesh Solanki at his clinic. Dr. Solanki studied my case thoroughly and initially he suggested 6 to 7 exercises under his observation. His personalised therapy is very effective, resulting in great relief in my thigh, calf pain and numbness of my middle finger of the feet. It has reduced tremendously and now it has vanished. Cramps of legs also vanished within two weeks’ time.

Now I am regularly doing all suggested exercises. Only one problem is left now; my walking speed has not increased. I can walk slowly 400 to 600 steps easily but after that I have to take 5 mnts rest then walk again.

I practice all recommended exercises thrice a day and I am visiting regularly to Dr. Umesh’s Clinic. Now I have great relief from pains, numbness and other problems.

Dr. Umesh has suggested that it will take another 2 to 3 months’ time to walk normally.

Dr. Umesh has got hold of nerves and his therapy is very effective. He does not follow regular general physiotherapist exercise; his methodology is totally based on the scientific body nervous system. He knows which nervous posture of the body will cure the body pain. His approach towards his clients is amazing which makes one feel at ease.

I had very severely twisted wrist and triceps muscle broke down. I was not be able to lift even small weights from that hand. I visited Dr Umesh Solanki at his centre in Baprola village for my neck and hand pain because of when my night sleep was disturbed. But now just after 2 session my night sleep is much better and my activities started improving. Just after 10 sessions with him i have improved significantly. I would highly recommend him to people with similar complaints. Do visit him once you won’t regret.

I had muscle sprain so went to hospital. ********* *** **** ** *** ******* I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. I am satisfied with the treatment given. I am unable to visit doctor now because of lock down. Physiotherapy was suggested by doctor. There was no waiting time in the hospital. Doctor suggested to do exercise. Hospitality was good.
