I had joined Dr shalini s diet program recently and in 3 weeks only visible difference has come in my weight loss . I hv lost 3 kgs .the best part of the diet plan is that DR shalini makes a diet chart from foods readily eaten and available in indian kitchens , no fancy foods and easy to follow. Morever it has made me more educated on how to change my lifestyle and eating habits by simply replacing portion sizes and receipes that help in shedding weght as well as not making one feel hungry and starved. Due to lifestyle changes, i gained the weight and is suffering from High BP, Thyroid and Uric Acid. Doctor told me to loose weight. Then i met Dr Shalini mam for the same. Hi! We all try number of ways to reduce the weight but we either lose the motivation within a week or we give up already rather being consistent. Learnt this in a wonderful way by reaching out to Dr. Shalini, that you can eat your heart out with all the helthy things in a way you like and be consistent with it. Both myself and my husband reached out to Dr. Shalini through Google and her reviews were simply great, we wanted someone to guide us in a better way with proper intake of food. I never knew that one day I will also be writing on practo about my weight loss. So, I started my journey on weight loss 24 August and till now I have lost 8 kgs, because of which I started loving my body. I feel more energetic and active. When I actually started my weight loss Challenge I was not feeling to cook anything for me, after being married doctor told me you're gaining weight because of your unhealthy sleeping patterns and that very moment she helped me by taking one step and that is by writing down my schedule at night about my daily tasks for whole day. This is the second time I've taken a diet plan with Doctor Shalini. I first took her plan 4 years ago and lost 8 kgs in 5 weeks. This time, I didn't have much weight to lose but still wanted to shed those remaining pounds. I opted for a 2-month plan and managed to lose 4 kgs, achieving my target weight. Her diet is well-balanced and practical. I never felt hungry or like I was on a crash diet. The regular weight check-ins and updates to her kept me disciplined and on track. I consulted Dr Shalini for my father who is 69 years old and a diabetic.
