A special thank you note to my favourite Doc. Firstly thank you so much, it’s been an incredible journey for me. I have been dealing with acne for quite a long period of time and it was hard for me to figure out what’s the actual cause might be or even if it was to choose the simplest skin care product and then following it religiously. Dr. Richa always gave me hope that it’ll take time and that everything will be worth the patience. Gradually the acne reduced and even the scars started fading away, it was a step-by-step process of healing. No matter how delay I do for follow-ups, she always takes the consultation so nicely (without scolding me). But I do follow up & never stop the treatment. Lastly, it’s been therapeutic for me every time I clear my doubts with her and she so patiently makes me understand each process of the treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with any kind of skin or hair concerns. Just go for it and have beautiful healthy skin.

It started when I was abroad where I visited a skin-specialist. One injection and 30 days of medicinal treatment later, the rashes still persisted. I visited Dr. Richa Sharma soon upon my arrival in Delhi. I followed her treatment for 7 days and voila...the rashes were totally gone. It has been more than two years and the rashes never returned. I consulted Dr. Richa for my acne problem. She explained me all the possible causes in details and she listened to me patiently and carefully. She prescribed me a few pills and ointments and when i started with the treatment i could see the visible results within 3-4 days and within like 10 days my skin cleared up completely. I did get a zit or two occasionally but they dried up in a day. ** ****** *** **** ************** She diagnosed my issue very quickly for which i have seen atleast six doctors during past 2 years. She also put my fears and doubts to rest. Though i found her to be a bit too hurried or quick in her response because of which i was having trouble in getting a hang of what she was saying. I don't know whether it was because i had gone past her visiting hours or whether she's usually like this only. All in all she's a good doc but i would advise others to book a prior appointment with her before visiting her

Extremely knowledgeable Doctor, very patient and explains everything in detail for anyone to follow the medical advice. She is cautious of giving steroids, and tries to work without it. She was able to cure a 2 year old issue in just 3 weeks without using any steroids or harsh medication. We had met almost 3 doctors and tried getting a cure but there was no relief. She has not only solved the problem, but also helping it maintain the situation from not getting bad again. Extremely polite and courteous. We had an excellent experience meeting her and have recommended her name to family and friends across.Her ability to diagnose the problem is superb and she is ready with an absolute right treatment for it. We wish her all the best and hope she is able to help a lot of people who are suffering. I am confident that she will be able to solve for any chronic skin disease too.

Both Doctors were friendly and communication was very clear . The clinic is neat and clean , well organised and receptionists are also friendly. Besides, pharmacy service is also good.

As far as treatment is concerned it was my first appointment. Therefore I can not comment on that at present.
