Apologies on behalf of me and my staff for the bad experience that you had. As per my records you were suffering from chronic pains in the joints. You had also completed a seven month course of allopathic drugs but without significant change in your condition. Two things about chronic pains- firstly they are associated with negative emotions like anger, resentment and frustration. Secondly since they are chronic so they usually have a waxing and waning course. Hence such conditions need long term dedicated treatments. Results are slow and thus patience on the part of both the doctor and patient is a very important element. Acupuncture is like any other pain management modality and hence it works within a range of success rates (75-80‰).So one in every four patients may not get adequate pain relief. We as a team always work towards treating such conditions without leaving any stone unturned. We believe that a satisfied patient leads to a happy doctor.
