Dr. Payal is really knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable to discuss my problem and explained the whole issue plus treatment in great detail. Taking appointments from her and adjusting them if needed was never a task, she is super friendly and has good staff. I definitely recommend visiting her as she is not only good in her profession but has reasonably priced sessions.

I have been having trouble with my right shoulder for over 2 years now. Mine is a rare case of Osteoarthritis of the shoulder and I had been told that there is no cure for this except complete shoulder replacement. However my friends, family and some of the orthopedic surgeons I consulted had advised against it. That is when I came across Dr. Payal's details. She is very polite, bonds well with patients and makes them comfortable.

In my own case, due to the the rarity of the problem, the recovery process is painstaking and slow. However, Dr. Payal has literally customized exercises specifically to suit my needs and I have noticed small changes already beginning to happen - picking up that pen from the pen holder seems easier now, so is bolting the door with my affected hand or shampooing my hair. I used to struggle with these simple day to day tasks due to immobility of the shoulder.

These little changes make me feel that I am in very good hands and on my path to recovery

So not a good experience, lack of flexibility. They can't return your money in case you have to discontinue the treatment, rather they suggest getting someone else treated for free, **** ** ** **** **** ******* ***** ** ************ ********* **** ************ *** ******** ********* *** *** ******* ******** ******** ***** ** ********** ********* ********* ** *** ****** The issue basically was certain pain in the forearm, and I'm still not sure why the patient was continuously asked to exercise with significantly heavy items. Got the patient treated later from a homeopathic doctor *** *** *** *** ****** *** **** ***** ** ******* *** **** ********* **** ***** ** ** **** *** ***** **** ** ******* **** ***** ** *** ***** ****** eventually it was a reasonless spending of our time and money unfortunately. For once the money part could be avoided although it is unfair for there to not even be this much flexibility, they ask you to buy a discounted package and then you can't ask anything of them, *** **** ********* *** *** ** **** *** **** **** **** **** ** ** **** If that was not enough, after everything you keep getting spammed by the doctor to fill the feedback, like on what basis or with which honor could we be asked to fill the feedback when it is so irrelevant, after a stopped treatment, ******** ******** *** unreturned money. Looks like all that is important is a fine feedback, even after months you would be spammed if you don't fill it. Perhaps it needs to be understood that a genuinely satisfying experience automatically would push the customer to fill a good feedback, you won't need to ask for it over WhatsApp after months. ** ** **** ****** ***** ***** ******** ** ** ******* **** the only key to a good feedback is a happy customer and it is on the customer to do it or not to do it, it's only cause of getting bothered over and over again, that I thought it would be better to bring it to the people so that they can make a better choice.
