Following her prescribed diet, I was able to lose FIVE KGs and TEN INCHES(cumulative across body) in ONE MONTH. This was a huge achievement for me, and boosted my morale immensely, not to mention I could fit into the clothes I wanted to for my friend's wedding!

The routine adopted was:

1. My weight and body measurements were taken on the 1st appointment day.

2. I was given an exhaustive prescribed diet starting from waking up to going to sleep at night.

3. The diet covered all meals, and snacks and liquid intake.

4. After a week, I went for the 2nd appointment. Weight measurement was taken again, and a revised diet schedule was discussed.

5. Similarly, after weeks 3 and 4, weight loss and new diet were discussed at the appointments

6. At the end of week 4, body measurements were noted again, weight loss assessed.

From my end, I made efforts to follow the diet as much as possible. Whenever i couldn't, Dr. Neha suggested the compensatory diet modification for the next meal.

One unique thing is the she doesn't make you starve at all. Indeed, there is so much to snack and eat, that it doesn't even feel like dieting at times.

Further, her emphasis on the right combinations, the liquid intake, the proportions and her guidance to prevent extremes ensured that not only did I lose weight, I actually retained a glow on my face and complexion, and overall great feeling of being fitter.

Another thing is that she is very easily accessible on call/text message/appointment so that anytime a query is there, regarding alternatives to her suggestions, she reverts at the earliest with the options.
