Being a state level footballer and now a cadet in the indian military academy i have had my share of injuries from slip disk to shoulder tear to IT band syndrome (runners knee ).. But when you get kind of attention you get at uniphy it motivates you to push your self further to test your limits ..

In college first year i got slip disk while playing im pilani ... I consulted many doctors even the famous sorts injury center in but nothing worked.. .. Then i found UNIPHY !

And wolla with therapy , stretches and strengthening exercises i was able to play for national camp in goa in 2012...

I worked on the strengthening part was able to lift 180KG deadlift in the recent powerlifting meet ...

While sparing i had torn off my shoulder muscle but even after healing it was froze beyond a certain angel and was painful... But i was able to fully recover with just a few simple streches, which i do regularly... Thats the key regularity !

While practicing running for the academy i ran 55 km in 3 days and developed a bad case of runners knee... It has taken some time but with regular session's i am back on track and am pain free like totally
