My health was not good, i used to feel lethargic all the time and used to anxious without any reason. The suggested diet was nothing upside-down, we could follow it easily and we got the desired results. My father lost almost 4-5kg with 4-5weeks and diabetes and blood pressure was in good control. He had swelling in his feet as well due to increased uric acid but diet only took care of it. It was indeed a relief.

What I love about Akshita is that she is a very hands on doctor. She is available when I need her as she genuinely cares about each one of her patients and wants to see them healthy. She gave me so much variety to eat and many small meals throughout the day so I’m never really hungry but I also landed up losing weight without any weakness. She is not always a yes-man to the patient, she balances by pushing the patient to try a certain meal if she thinks it’s important for them. Overall, I’m glad I found her.
