In 2022 year end after trying multiple doctors and therapists, at probably the most difficult time of my life. I visited Dr Balbir Singh & Meenakshi Singh for a consultation after researching it from Google and Practo.Other doctors were recommending me hardcore medications which was not at all working and was impacting my health as well. Also those medications were costing me almost 20K every month. So after trying 3 different doctors we finally went to Dr. Balbir sir & Dr. Meenakshi Singh Mam.They came to our life when we were going through anxiety and at the very first appointment (where we were under so much anxiety that we could hardly talk to doctors) they spoke to me and my wife for an hour and made us so comfortable and confident that without medicine we felt so good.After understanding our problem doctor advised us not to take any medications and just follow the steps he is suggesting, being in a night shift job it was very difficult to follow the lifestyle he was suggesting. So he modified the therapy as per our flexibility.They also cleared all our doubts/myths which made us clear about the whole process and we were successfully able to consummate the marriage without any medications.Dr Balbir Singh & Dr Meenakshi Singh has not only cured the problem we were facing but they have coached us to tackle all life problems and to improvise our health to live good healthy life. I visited Dr. Balbir Singh sir for my sexual anxiety issues followed by my family issues ( with my parents to be specific ), general stress and feeling of low confidence and early onset of body appearance issues coz of all these issues mentioned above. I have been facing these issues for more than 5 yrs. I have consulted various doctors including urologists physicians and other specialists. in a ll these interactions with the specialist I was told that you r absolutely normal and they prescribed me couple of medicines for managing stress and pain and other issues but nobody explained me the cause for my stress pain etc. to be more precise none of the specialists gave me their valuable time to make me understand the process behind those problems . I even visited a psychiatrist for the same issue but then even the psychiatrist prescribed me with the medicines for anxiety and depression. and to be honest I believed that my issue could have been resolved by counselling and therapies and not through medicines. therefore I searched out a couple of doctors for the same issue on the net and I finally reached out to balbeer singh. in the first consultation itself sir told me that I can come out all these issues without any medications and asked me to take 6-7 sessions based on my problems and seeing the intensity of my issues. it's been just a month now and I must say that more than 90% of my issues have been addressed by the doctor, have been explained well and yes they have been resolved as well to a great extent.here are a few things that the doc taught me which I would like to mention in a glance.1) whatever might be your issue you must have a positive belief system. you should have a right attitude and perception towards things no matter whatever might be your condition.2) he taught me a couple of exercises and suggested that I must do yogic exercises followed by some other exercises and meditation along with the therapy.3) nature has a great plan for you and I truly believe in that.the way the doc taught me the concepts I became more confident about my idea of not getting into the antidepressant medications etc. so far my major issues have been resolved. just one or two issues are left out which I believe will be completely resolved by the end of the upcoming sessions. I am also an upsc aspirant (an engineer/MBA graduate). all I would like to say is that my decission to reach out to balbir sir was a great step towards my healing; and I strongly suggest all those who are facing family/marital issues,sexually anxiety or low confidence issues etc to visit him.Our issues might be enormous, might have consumed lot of our time , must have changed our own personality, must have made us negative but if we allow our mind to be patient ,stable, and if we have decided to anyhow come out of the situation then for sure we can come out of it without being under antidepressants, anxiety medications etc. where there is a will there is always a way.biggest lesson taught by him. just don't lose yourself in front of your problems and anxieties.today I am in a situation wherein I m a person who is handling my parents problems and their issues like a small psychologist in my family 😅. all thanks to sir who moulded me in a way to become a more wonderful person. and all changes happened in me within a span of 1 month ( 6 sessions ). with positive mindset and right perception one can overcome his/ her problems. just be patient, and don't give up. more than my body my mind was affected because of the pain anxiety and other issues. now I am in a path of controlling my mind instead of insecurities and negativities controlling me.sir will show you the path rest is our job.
