I am 26 years old and i have been suffering from compulsive masturbation and had major family issues.

In 2022 year end after trying multiple doctors and therapists, at probably the most difficult time of my life. I visited Dr. Balbir Singh sir for my sexual anxiety issues followed by my family issues ( with my parents to be specific ), general stress and feeling of low confidence and early onset of body appearance issues coz of all these issues mentioned above. I have been facing these issues for more than 5 yrs. I have consulted various doctors including urologists physicians and other specialists. in a ll these interactions with the specialist I was told that you r absolutely normal and they prescribed me couple of medicines for managing stress and pain and other issues but nobody explained me the cause for my stress pain etc. to be more precise none of the specialists gave me their valuable time to make me understand the process behind those problems . In November 2023, I started talking to Dr. Balbir Singh about my problems. I've been dealing with tough stuff for a long time. When I was in school, some kids bullied me, and I also had health problems during my teenage years. At 14, I got sick with something called Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). It made me miss a lot of school, and later, I had to get surgery to remove my gall bladder. All these problems happened when I was trying really hard to do well in exams.

Sadly, I couldn't get into a good college, and it made my health and career problems even worse. It felt like a never-ending cycle. In 2016, doctors said I had depression and anxiety, and they gave me pills to help. The pills worked for a bit, but when I stopped taking them, all the problems came back. The pills also gave me some bad side effects including ulcerations and bleeding from my Gut.

Then, I met Dr. Balbir Singh. He listened to me and said something important - I didn't need those pills. He thought a few talking sessions could have helped me instead. After about two months of talking with him, I feel better. My mood has improved, and I see things in a more positive way. Dr. Balbir Singh explained why I was feeling this way and how I can move past my tough past.

I consulted doctor Balveer ji at his cleanic in February 2019 . I came to know about him was through a poster add on kashmeeri gate about an year back. Here I am sharing the practical experience I faced in those years and till june 2022. I used to masturbate so much since adolescent age and was exposed to porn severely. I tried to quit the both but couldn't. The internet pathetic knowledge made up my mind felt like I am suffering from premature ejaculation and small size of penis. My belief became storng because when I used to masturbate by hand, I used to ejaculate very early. Now the second part comes, My marriage was fixed and arranged by parents in last month of 2018. I never shared what I feel about this illness I made in my mind. I visited before 15 days of my marriage (19feb2019) and was severely depressed and a low esteem. He moulded the mind to a certain extent that size doesn't matter and there is no adverse effect of masturbation on body, it is as simple an exercise. After takaing session he advised me an exercise to overcome premature ejaculation. I was married and gradually I overcame the situation. But for some other reasons our compatibility issues made a mess and sexual activity went a bit tough, the issue of ejaculation and erection arised again. Here wrongly what I did, I took an online consultation from an app , he suggested me medicine initially sidenafil, for few months I was taking the medicines. When medicine didn't work , i took another consultation from other doctor and so on I was on medicines. Later The side effet I felt were severe headache fast heartbeat and indigestion . We were in separation for an year and half because of our non compatibility.Now few month back we cordinated again and started to live together. The issue was same that medicines I used and intercourse timings were weired. Some time erection came and some time not. Now again I consulted Dr balveer ji clinic after a phone call. He gently again told that you are not suffering with any disease and reiterated to come along my wife and to share everything, for which I resisted. Issues remain persistent and I again called sir, he advised to take online consultation along with wife. Now I shared with wife and told her that i have searched on internet and we both should take an online consultation. Dr. Sir gave 4-5 hour consultation on call and one hour each approximately and gave 15 days therapy sessions. We followed his advise and overcome the two measure issues of ejaculation and weak erections(even no erection and anxiety)

All i can summarize is, I was suffering from performance anxiety , low self esteem , lack of scientific knowledge and less coordination with my partner. I had some deep-rooted beliefs which affected me all the time and disturbed my daily life. My confidence and self-esteem were low and I felt I should stop my life. Always I felt negative and kept myself in the phase of overthinking. Felt guilty after masturbation. My health was also dropping day by day due to this stress, anxiety and overthinking.

After 30hrs sessions, I feel much more improvement in myself and the treatment is still going on. I hope I will be fine soon.

When I went to Dr Balbir Singh 1st time, I was really in fear that I should share my problem with dr balbir Singh or not but when I saw his humble and attractive nature towards the patient then I shared my problems with him and he understood my all problems properly.
