First of all, apologies for the inconvenience..

After understanding your issue, I think the problem is with the timings. We at our clinic strictly follow the professional behaviour. Our therapist at clinic adhere to the timings. we open at 9am we close at 2pm. Treatment session generally takes 1hr. We appreciate patient to take appointment before coming to clinic( it may be on phone or at the end of previous session). If we start taking patient at 1.30, Patient’s treatment with full satisfaction may not get completed on time. In order to do the treatment efficiently, it will only make therapist late for their further commitments( like home visits and clinic). As we therapists have quite busy schedules for the full day. And this practice will only make them more hectic.

I would appreciate if you please discuss the matter in person.
