After consulting with her a month ago, I feel like having a friend who is available 24*7 in some form. You just need to text or call at any odd time and be prepared for a warm response. Coming to results I feel during lockdown situation also she has been virtually guiding me with the kind of available options to choose from. I've been to a lot of dietitians in the past but none of them could truly understand my requirements as I also love to work out. They'd suggest I work out less and just concentrate on caloric deficit and that made me lose interest most times. Avni Kaul has managed to design my diets in such a way that I've managed to not only lose weight but also manage my muscle mass and concentrate more on fat loss.
