Even though I knew that I had been overweight for a while, I was still a little skeptical about visiting a nutritionist for various reasons. Luckily, my little sister kept nagging me how she had met the best one and I "just had to visit once". I'm glad I did.

My visits to Ms. Avni's clinic have added immense value to my life. Other than helping me with a substantial weight loss, she has changed my outlook towards food. She made me realize that food is a key aspect of our life, which deserves to be approached with certain mindfulness. There is indeed a right way of purchasing it, a right way of cooking it, a right way of eating it and a right way of burning it. And, one can definitely figure it all out with her guidance.

The diet she prescribes to you is tailor-made for your body's nutritional requirements, not just weight loss. It depends on various parameters (that may include a blood test at some point) and your preferences.

I have lost a good amount of weight while never having felt starvation. I did slip up once or twice, but was easily able to move past that with her encouragement. I also got to try new things to eat that I now really look forward to whenever I'm able to get them added to my chart!

Coming to results I feel during lockdown situation also she has been virtually guiding me with the kind of available options to choose from. She won't make u eat something u won't like but will make you eat healthy(& tasty) without craving for anything. If you really love your body, I am sure you will love the guidelines put fwd by her.
