I visited her for depression and psychological problem .I was not been able to focus on my life from quite some time due to lot of stress going on in my personal and professional life.I had visited couple of psychologist before but nothing proved fruitful,then one of my friend recommended her and i am thankful that finally i met her.i would like to highlight few points.
(1) Set up was a quiet and nice place that gave me homely feeling as i had always been shy in visiting n sharing my feelings in hospital or clinic set up .
(2) She provided me comfort so that i can share my feelings properly.
(3) she was friendly and compassionate ,i felt as if i am talking to my friend .she listen to all my problems .she offered me tea and believe me i had never been able to talk freely so much before which i did in that 1 hr over those 2 cups of tea.
(4) i would recommend highly of the psychologist for those who want a professional cum friendly counsellor .
(5) last but not the least there was bit more wait time but you can expect that much from an expert with this much capability .my wait was worthy and she promised to reduce my wait time in subsequent visits .

I got to learn several things from the appointments with Dr. Aishita. She was attentive to my words in the sessions and helped me think/see in a different light towards my symptoms so I could work upon them.
The sessions were useful in helping me transition myself through various situations that came along during the course of therapy.
She taught me to be independent and work on different fear so that I can work on my problems myself later.
I had some obstacles sometimes communicating with the therapist because of the inherent intrinsic complexity of language which can lead to difficulty in articulating phenomenal experiences in everyday life, but Dr. Aishita would often break through them.
Overall, it was a good experience having taken her therapy sessions and I would recommend taking her sessions in case of any problems.

Ms. Mahendru is a seasoned professional and passionate about helping people cope with issues. I sought counselling a couple of times and every time it felt lighter and relieving. She has a unique perspective and approach and friendly attitude. She has been very supportive and helped me over phone as well. She made sure she was available when I needed her guidance. I have recommended her name to many people for guidance and will continue to spread good words about her.

It would be very difficult for me to explain what impact she have on my life, she got me out of the situation where I had no hope.She is an amazing mentor who listen, understand and respond. She doesn't work on solving the problem but makes you capable to face it and resolve. She is my go to person whenever I want to pour my heart .I am and will be very thankful to her for lifetime.

I honestly read such good reviews online and was very disappointed in person. I came in talking about how I may have an anxiety problem, and all Ms. Mahendru could "advise" me about was what I should do in life, making statements like "I think you should do your Masters" or "You need money to have a family" etc. I didn't come in for unsolicited opinions about what I should be doing for my future. I came in to discuss my anxiety and where it may stem from and how I could deal with it.

I thought the appointment was going to be for 800, but she charged 1200 for 45 minutes even though I thought she would tell me when 30 minutes was over. Also, there were many interruptions by a man, which was highly unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment at 3:30 and she asked me to wait 40 min and the whole purpose f taking an appointment is to set your day according to it and she rescheduled it or wanted me to cancel it. Later I reschedules to an inconvenient time because I had no option and even for the session she came 10 minutes late. This is not the first time we had issues with this doctor she is almost late for every session and she takes sessions outside of Practo a** ***** ** *** ***** ******** ** *** ******** During the session She did not listen to my concern rather just kept talking about what she wanted. She makes decisions for you and forces it on patients that already have issues. ** *** **** ** **** **** ************ * ***** *** **** *** **** **** The way she talked literally triggered a panic attack right after the session. A doctor is to help and when you know she triggered it it’s a red flag. Aishita is a wonderful human being and the interaction was more as a friend. She taught me how to really focus on what's important about and what not to be bothered about..and during this process , she also made me realize clearly regarding my career. Very patient and made me comfortable to ventilate all that kept bothering me that's when I felt better and better slowly. Also taught me how to have more positive thoughts which is really required to keep one moving forward. Overall happy that I met Ms Aishita!

The doctor is really helpful and kind. I have dyslexia and face issues like low confidence, daily struggle, panic and anxiety. My family is also worried about me. She helped me and my mother was relieved seeing my improvement.
She gives proper time and treatment and is a genuine person. She is disciplined and helps find out the root cause of my problem. I am really happy with the treatment.
