Ms. Ariba Abbasi

To come to think of it the backbone of my whole alcohol de addiction process was Dr Ariba Abbasi, she is very skilled when it comes to understanding the patient's problems and she has not one but multiple ways to deal with craving management for patients with different and multiple substance addictions Her **** ********* *** understanding of psychology helps her deal with the patient in her own unique way. For me what actually worked was she was bang on with her root cause analysis of the real problem and she gave me multiple solutions on how I can avoid and overcome the cravings when they peak. We as patients used of THT used to wait for our sessions with Dr Ariba because of her friendly nature and the positive vibes we got from her. She converses to the patient not like a doctor but like a friend or a sister which really helped us open up about the history of our addiction without any hesitation. If you're looking for any kind of counselling I would definitely recommend Dr Ariba, she's worth it.

Ms Ariba is the most dedicated and exceptional psychologist. I have learned and gained a lot of important skills and knowledge from her, all of which I will be taking with me throughout my career. *** **** ** *** ******* *** ** ****** ** *** **** but she is also extremely kind, humble and friendly. Her dedication, hard work and good nature are commendable. She provides a safe and healthy space for her clients to vent and holds extreme patience and compassion for them. Her adaptative and easygoing nature has always made her an approachable person to the patients as well as the other staff members.

Working with her has been a wonderful experience and I wish her all the best for the future.

For the last two years, I am suffering from mental illness, got treatment at many places but could not make myself feel healthy anywhere,

then .....I once read about this "The Happy Tree Deaddiction & Mental Health Hospital" on the internet, and let me know all about it. Information about better and better treatment of this hospital was received,

then .....I made up my mind to go to the hospital and met Dr. Anuneet Sabharwal (Psychiatrist) there, sir told about Ms Ariba Abbasi (Psychologist), I had my first session with him for about one and a half hours, when I got out of the room, I was feeling much better than before.

Then I took a few consecutive sessions with mam according to mam and today it is time that I do not have to go to the hospital or take a session. Fully fit

I've been to a lot of therapists but Dr. Aroba is one of the best. She's kind and friendly. Although she's leaving for a short period I'm going to miss her.

One can easily form a bond with her and be open.

I'm still recovering from a lot of things but she helped me a lot.

I'm lucky that I met her on time and was able to get therapy under her guidance.

The charges are a little too high for me so I think that can be improved. But rest everything is just perfect.

The thing I liked most about Ariba Ma'am is that she listens to the patient and tries to make a valid point based on their personal experience. She has very vast knowledge of human psychology which helps her to understand what the patient wants to say even when they are unable to express themselves. In simple terms she helped me open up about myself more than anyone else could ever do for which I will always be grateful.

The most friendly doctor I have ever met. She is very patient listening to my problems and coming up with unique methods and coping techniques to overcome them. She was genuinely interested in my well being I could literally figure that out. Highly recommend her.
