Ambika is *** **** ************, non judgmental, empathetic psychologist I have known. After trying a few other therapists, I reached out to Ambika as her clinic was close to my home. There are very few people that we can count who change our lives, she is one of them for me. With one session you will understand how much she loves doing what she does. It’s been more than one year since I have been going to her, everytime I come back learning some new ways to work with my anxiety. I have seen tremendous improvement in my dealings with daily stressors. We are still working on my anxiety issues and I am looking towards to future sessions with Ambika. She is also available and prompt on email for any additional queries. Her staff is professional and the entire experience at the safe couch is smooth and positive.
