I consulted Dr Aanchal for weight loss. I was at 66.5kg with height of 5.2 feet. She suggested the diet chart based on my target weight expectations and in what time frame I want to achieve that. I received weekly diet charts based on my progress and likes/dislikes for the food. The diet options suggested by Aanchal were easy to follow and she was very responsive to my queires.
