I came to Shrishti when a great deal of turmoil was brewing in my life. This was the first time I was experiencing therapy and now that I look back, I am so glad I found her. It’s amazing to look at how someone can take out so much pain and confusion from you, in a way we don’t even realise. I have always been a closed and quiet kid, but Shrishti’s amazing way of communicating and giving guidance made me comfortable to speak and open up. Her support and care towards has given me motivation and strength to fight my circumstances, when no one understood and stood with me.

Yess, I found a wonderful therapist. One of many reason I say that is because she literally booked an appointment for me, impersonating my elder sister, when I could not ask anyone else!
