Pankaj have done his basic in optometry and vision science from West Bengal from NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur. He had also done a Clinical Internship from Shroff Charity Eye Hospital in Clinical Optometry and also a short term fellow at International Prosthetic Eye Center, Hyderabad, there he also had opportunity to established the lab for ocular prosthesis, He did work for the tenure of 3 years at Shroff Eye Hospital as consultant ocularist.
