I had received mixed feedback for him from people who had visited him. For those who visited him for skin related issues seem to have fared better than the ones who visited him for hair related issues. Two separate people who visited him for hair fall related issues told me that he tends to prescribe steriods for hair fall issue which had long term negative results for these patients. Hence they discontinued treatment with him.

Since I had skin related issue, I decided to give it a try. I visited him in Dec 2015 at Sunder Lal Jain Hospital. After taking about 2 mins to look at my skin, he prescribed me certain facewash, lotion and some oral medicine. He did not say what the problem was. He did not say anything at all. Just wrote down prescription and handed it to me. I wanted to understand the course of treatment. So I asked him what are the medicines for, he replied, "What kind of a weird question is this? I am giving them because you need them. You have a problem. That's why you are here. And I am giving you medicine for that. Why are you asking such stupid questions?"

Talk about being rude!!! He crossed all limits of his profession and decency that day.

I was shocked to hear his reply. I have visited many doctors in past and they all have been very forthcoming in answering my queries. As a patient it is natural for you to want to understand the cause of your illness. But I am surprised in this age of internet awareness and knowledge, there are still doctors like Anil Ganjoo out there who are sitting on their high horse. Who believe that patients are wasting his time by wanting to understand the underlying cause of their problem. Who believe that patients are illiterate inferior beings and it's ok to insult them because they have nowhere else to go.

He gives ample time to the patient, listens to their problems patiently. After discussing the problems with him, we feel that half of our problem is solved. He is very professional yet very friendly in approach which is important for the patients. ** ** *** ** *** **** ******* **** * **** ****

Never imposes medicine (or any extra test) on you and take steps of treatment only if really required. Always available on phone and gives time to listen your problems and issues.

Visited for Vaccination/ Immunization

Dr Pranav gupta is one of the most dedicated pediatrician in his area. He is calm, Patientand composed, and ******** *** ********* ** *** **** ** *** ********** Doesn't suggest or prescribe unnecessary medicine.we have been visiting him from 5-6 years.he gives enough time to examine and makes us understand in layman language.Great experience visiting Dr.Pranav Gupta.

Great experience visiting dr pranav.he made me understood the disease in layman language.he examined my nephew in detailed and given sufficient time.he didnt even prescibed any extra test and medicines .he properly made me understood how medicine is to b taken as well as pros and cos of medicines.he didnt loose patience even repeatidly asking the same query.he is very calm and patient.i will definately suggest dr pranav gupta to all parents.

Very soft spoken and excellent doctor. Make us understand the problem and the treatment involved. He is empathetic and has a good grasp on his subject.

This was my first meeting with Doctor, but didn’t felt so. I was very comfortable to share my Neuro problem. He gave full time to listen the problem before his treatment.
