Consulted Dr. Kamlender Singh (Dermatologist) for Vitiligo Treatment
Hoped for better:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueValue for money
I first consulted Mr. Kamlender Singh (Dermatologist) in September 2019 at Sir Gangaram Hospital and there after Second Consultation (last week of September 2019) onwards at his Residence Clinic (Preet Vihar) till November 2020 for the Vitiligo treatment of my son and then continued the treatment for 1 Year 5 Months and then Last consulted with him in January 2021.
Treatment by Mr. Kamlender was satisfactory and there was observable improvement in the skin condition of my son but apart from treatment every Patient & its Parent/Guardian will always & certainly desire for a Meaningful, Courteous, Effective & a Well Mannered Consultation from Doctor, but in his case each & every Consultation we had with him we really suffered a lot in the form of Mental Torture & Nervousness and after every Consultation we come out with various Questions still not properly answered by him & various other Questions which we forgot (or) he did not allowed us to ask due to his Irritating & Finicky Nature and Talking sense.
I stopped my son's Vitiligo Treatment from Mr. Kamlender Singh after January 2021 and now we have changed to another Dermatologist because of various concerns & issues about his Behaviour, Mannerism, Talking sense & Nature, which I & my family have faced during Direct Consultations (at SGRH/Residence Clinic) and Tele-Consultations (Whats App Video Call/Telephone Calls) with him, are as follows;
1. His talks are always taunting, fun making, fault-finding and pin-pointing in nature towards us. **** ** *** ***** ** ***** ** ** **** ***** ** ***** ** ** *** ***** ** **** * *** **** ** ** ** ** *** **** ********* ** *** * **** *** ******* ******
For kind information of Mr. Kamlender Singh - I am a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering & MBA Degree holder and my Wife has Graduation degree in B. A and Degree Holder in Animation.
2. He does not give us much time to speak and enquire about the disease. He always says that when he finishes the conversation completely from his side then only we are allowed to speak and when he is done & we are going to ask him something then he is very eager to finish the consultation as soon as possible and get rid of us.
Most of the times he interrupts & objects us and cut our queries in the middle when we ask the same.
3. He tries to and usually answers our doubts & queries by giving unnecessarily & irrelevant examples but on the contrary he should have been simple, clear and straight to the point in his response & treatment.
4. He charge very High Fees and have No Humanity. He increased his Consultation Fees from INR 1,000.00 (for Direct Consultation at his Residence Clinic which he was charging till March 2020) to INR 1,500.00 (for Tele-Consultation on Whats App/Telephone Calls from his Residence Clinic, which he started charging from May 2020) *** **** ******** ** **** ** *** ** *** ******* ***** **** ** ** *** ****** ** *** ****** ********** ********* **** *** ****** ****** *** ***** *** ****** ***** *** ********* *** ** ****** ***** ********* And till today he is charging INR 1,500.00 for Consultations from his Residence Clinic.
5. Most of the time I have felt that his Consultation & Conversation is more of a One-sided and favoring him only and he never listens to us Completely & Properly.
6. During all the Consultations with him since beginning, all the time we have felt very Nervous, Limited, Constrained & Helpless in asking our queries because there was always a Fear in our mind that he may get angry with us if we ask more doubts to him *** ** *** ******* *** ********* ** ** *** ** * ******** * ***** ********* *** **** ** *** ***** ******** **** ******** ******* ***
7. I felt that his Consultation Fees (at his Residence Clinic) before March 2020 i.e INR 1,000.00 and after March 2020 to till today i.e INR 1,500.00 is too high ******* * **** ******** **** ***** *** ** **** ***** ************** ** ***** *** ** ********** ** *** ********* ***** *** ******** ************* ****** **** ** ***** ******* *** ** **** ** ***** ******* *** ****** ** *** ** ********** * *************** **** *** ** ****** **** ********** * ************** *** **** *** ****** ** *** ** ********** *** *** **** ****** ** ***************
8. Once during Tele-Consultation with him in June 2020, I got so much Irritated & Annoyed by his Talking Sense, Ill Mannerism, Taunting talks, Disturbing Nature *** **** *********** ******** ***** without saying anything to him I just walked out in the middle of the same Consultation and told my Wife to continue the rest of Consultation and since that day to till today I have never attended any further Direct Consultations (or) Tele-Consultations with him and thus only my wife used to attend these Consultations.
Just think how it would have been felt inside my Mind & Heart, when a Father is waiting outside Doctor's Cabin & can't attend his child's consultation with the Doctor that too because of two reasons - ******** ****** *** **** **** **** *** *** * ****** *** ******* ** ** ** *** **** *** ********* ** ** *** *** ********* ** ***** *** ******* ** ********** Nature, Talks & Behaviour of the Doctor which is really unbearable.
9. As a Parent/Guardian, I have full right to ask any & every basic, small & genuine doubt/query to the Doctor related to Medical Treatment of my Child and Doctor is Responsible & Liable to answer all my queries in a Polite, Decent, Suitable * ********* *******
10. Some observations about his Residence Clinic ;
a). He lacks the availability of basic facilities for Patients in his Cabin/Room and in the Waiting Areas
b). No Receptionist.
c). Poor condition of Furniture, Seating space, Ceiling Fan/Water Cooler etc in Waiting Area.
Henceforth, in my entire life I will never recommend this Doctor to anybody ** **** ****** ******
Consulted Ms. Neelam Mishra (Psychologist)
I am a 23yo female, who has been under medication for depression for almost 6 months now. When I visited her for psychotherapy, she said "Teenagers like you think depression is a very fancy term". I continued with her for a while, because she was the first therapist I ever visited. ** ** *** ******** *** ****** ** ** ********* ** ** ********* *** when I reminded her, she looked back to her notes and exclaimed that she had totally forgotten that I had high depression, *** ***** *** *** *** ******** ** **** ** * **** ********* ***** *** **** *** ********** *** *** ** ******* ** ********* ********* *** ******* **** *** **** *** ******* ********** **** *** ****** **** *** didn't seem to listen to my problems (I can say that because whenever I chose to speak, she would reply to texts on her phone), *** ***** ** ** **** ******* ********* * *** *** *** *** ***** ** *** ********* ******* *** ********* **** * ** ********** *** ** ******** ******* ** **** **** ** ******** *** *********** ****** *** ******* She also comes very late to her sessions and sometimes even forget that she had booked a session for the patient. Consulted Dr. Vivek Mangla (GastroIntestinal Surgeon)
Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issue
A true doctorship is all about patient's wellness and family's satisfaction - this is what i have learnt after meeting him. On 28th march 2020 during lockdown my mother got admitted in Sri ganga ram hospital due to severe stomach pain since last 2 days, instead of wasting further time he suggested his team member to go for emergency medications and a USG. After seeing the reports he suggested for a surgery since the stone had already created pus inside the body and thus require a removal to safegaurd further loss. he explained every bit of a surgery and the issues related to her health in a very well manner to me , after which i got relaxed. My mother still remember " aunty ji aap ko nahi rakhna aur aap ghar jao" . during this lockdown i was so confused and had no one around me to guide but he guided to the best. I am really thankful to Dr. Mangla for such a support and hatsoff to professionals like him. Everything is so managed that i need not have to step out for any dressing or stitch removal.
Consulted Dr. Ruma Satwik (Obstetrician)
Dr Ruma Satwik's right advice came at just right time for us and just one consultation with her proved very helpful. We were trying for a couple of years, dealing with a relatively low AMH and encountered a couple of chemical pregnancies. Having convinced by other so called IVF specialists in NCR, that we are left with no choice other than IVF. And that too, if we want to give our own eggs a try we should just start the process asap and better if in the same cycle. Now as we were seriously thinking about IVF, that brought us to Gangaram and Dr Ruma Satvik. She gave us ample time, understood our case history in detail and suggested to make some lifestyle changes and try for atleast 6 more months. Being just 30, age was anyways on our side and we felt a little relaxed by her suggestion as it took all urgency and the complexities of IVF take a backseat for the moment. With the stress levels down, thankfully we conceived naturally in another couple of months only. We are now parents to a 10 months old baby and we thank Dr Ruma no less for her genuine guidance.
PS: 1.Being in Noida, we consulted Dr Mamta Sahu in sec 52 and the normal vaginal delivery took place under her supervision in Cloudnine hospital.
2. Not sure if practo will let me publish, but if any struggling couple want to know more about my experience, *** *** ******* ** ** ***********
Consulted Dr. Satnam Singh Chhabra (Neurosurgeon)
He operated on my husband 3 years ago. We had consulted a few top notch doctors in Delhi but the moment we met him, we just knew we could rely on him. He was his surgeon, friend, guide and philosopher. He has been a pillar of support for us and I have blind faith in him. And mind you, we consulted the chairperson of neurosurgery in AIIMS Delhi too, and they all assured me that we were in best hands. He is so down to earth, extremely humble and commands my respect.
My husband had a malignant brain tumor. And needed follow ups.
Consulted Dr. Anshu Rohatgi (Neurologist) for Stroke Treatment
Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
Too late to give a review since we consulted him 4 years back . We have been very lucky that we met Dr Anshul when my husband has a stroke . He is not just a doctor who would help you medically but he would make you feel better emotionally too . I have cried in front of him and have been miserable but along with medical treatment he always gave us positivity and hope which made our struggle a little easy . We had to wait for him for 2 hrs lol even after the appointment but when we would meet him we would forget all that waiting time and probably that’s why the waiting time because he is NOT one of those doctors who would not listen to patient worry and would not answer their question . ** ***** *** **** ** **** ****** *** *********** *** **** ********* *** * **** ****** **** ***

Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
*** ***** ** *** ** *** **** ****** *** ** **** ****** ******* He treated a complicated case of my Uncle's kidney Tumer for which we had to go under operation for kidney removal . We came to him from Moradabad and are more than happy with our decision.
Infact after operation our follow ups n procedures were smooth with no complications. Even his assistant was very helpful. Our family owes him a big thanks.
I strongly recommend Dr. Vipin Tyagi. He is an expert for Urology and Kidney transplant. He is friendly and treats the patient so well and explains the treatments being done in detail to the patient
P.S He always has a smile on his face despite his super busy schedule.
Consulted Dr. Varun Rai (ENT/ Otorhinolaryngologist)
Dr Varun Rai is one of the most friendly doctors I have ever seen. He is not only efficient but very comfortable to talk to. He justified each n every step/ move taken by him regarding the surgery of my husband who was detected with a stone in his salivary gland. Generally the doctors don't share the technical aspects to the patients with a notion that they would not understand, but Mr. Rai interacted with us so friendly n comforted us with his kind gestures. He healed us even before the surgery. I appreciate him as an efficient surgeon as well as a good human being.
