In case of ours he ensured the safety of the patient first before going ahead for operation. He had to delay the operation to bring all the required parameters/vitals under control. He expained the reasons for dealy so well /minutely that even a lay person could understand it easily.

I had multiple stones in gall bladder which needs to be operated. In the process of searching a good surgeon Mr. Animesh Ghosh from practo called me and arranged VC with Dr Basant Kumar Dalmia. My surgery was scheduled in Ayushmaan Hospital and everything is done as committed by Animesh. I would recommend the doctor as well as practo surgeries for hassle free hospitalization.
