About Phoenix Hospitals
Phoenix Hospitals was started by Dr. Deepak Sehgal, a well-known Child Specialist and his wife Dr. Urvashi Sehgal, an accomplished Gynaecologist & Obsterician. Both of them have been practising medicine in Delhi for last two decades. They always practised from their own Clinic but all medical procedures had to be carried out at the city hospitals. By 2000, they felt the need to be able to provide complete care to their patients from their own premises and thus was born the idea to setup their own Hospital.

here with a reference of one of her friends, who spoke very high of her. But both the times I didn't get any proper appointment and we had paid for Dr. Urvashi's time but most of the time we get the junior doctors to attend at the same cost. Service is also poor, both the receptionists are only good in punching the Debit card, they are good for nothing ( Asha & Priyanka). They had a proper waiting area where they would ask us to wait in car and when doctors will call then only we will again allowed in the area. This is an issue we faced 4 times in a single day. Waiting time is so long that you will definitely lost the track and last but not the least, husband's are not allowed to attend the ultrasound.

I had a very complex pregnancy, got a preventive cerclage at 12 weeks, and had cervix funneled almost to the stitch at 19 weeks..i stayed at phoenix for almost 4 months....Urvashi ma'am is more than a doctor, she is extremely experienced, very patient. she knows what she is doing, she was all through a constant source of motivation to me. i would really suggest her to all ladies having high risk pregnancy. she is the best doctor we have in Delhi.
