personalizing the patient by using their first name is good, but receiving other phone calls during the consultation is both inappropriate and unprofessional because it makes the patient wonder if they have undivided attention of Dr. Gurinder Bedi; also the assistant Mr. Rakesh kept the patient waiting for more than 30 minutes after (for some routine information about 'hinged knee brace') only to report that they don't have this information

Had to wait for 45 minutes to collect the token. My appoitnment was fixed for 1115 hrs but as i had to wait to get the token, my appointment started at 1145 hrs. But the Doctor was very helpful. He ensured my x-ray was taken quickly and thereafter i did nt have to wait at all to show my x-ray to the doctor. Good doctor and would recommend him any day to anyone.

I have taken treatment from him for 1 month for my back problem.. he gave me lots of medicines and physiotherepy sessions .. nothing worked..
Then i changed my doctor n came to know i was suffering from slip disc issue.. *** *** ******** **** ** ***** ********* *** * *****..
Finally I got relief when i changed my doctor..
I wont recommend this dr to anyone
