Max Hospital Admission Process
Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, follows a convenient and straightforward admission procedure for the convenience of the patients. The patient’s family members need to fill up the admission form and deposit a certain amount as Advance Payment at the time of admission. The front desk representative issues the patient’s registration card and the visitors’ cards upon completion of all the formalities. The hospital also maintains a detailed description of the Medical History and the findings of all the Diagnostic Tests in its database.
After the patient heals from the medical issues, the doctors write the discharge certificate. The nurse then guides the family members through the discharge procedure. The hospital issues a full and final settlement bill, and the patient may make the final payment either through cash or other electronic payment gateways. At this stage the hospital hands over all the personal belongings of the patients like urinal pans and bedpans.
Guidelines for Visitors
In the IPD room, only one visitor can meet the patient between 11:30 am to 12:30 noon and 06:00 to 07:00 pm.
In ICUs, only one visitor is allowed between11:00 am to 11:30 am and 05:00 pm to 05:30 pm.
The management allows one attendant with the patient with the patient in Single, Twin Sharing and Suite.
