Max Super Speciality Hospital

Wouldn't recommend this doc to anyone. We had booked an appointment on Practo for my mother's gastric issues at Max Patparganj. Firstly, the fees given on app is Rs.800 but we were charged an extra Rs.200 as registration charge at Max which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Secondly, the doctor himself wasn't available at the hospital, his intern or assistant was present there who took him on call to aid the matter. She prescribed some basic meds to my mother and asked to get an Ultrasound done. We didn't pay Rs.1000 to get basic meds prescribed which any chemist could've done. Also, my mother was in pain due to gastric problem and asked when the doctor would come and he actually asked her to come to Vaishali (his other center). **** ******* ** * ****** ****** ****** * ******* ** ****** **** ******** ******* ******* *** *********** **** you could've clearly told that I'm not available today and you may come on xyz date.Nevertheless, mom got her ultrasound done and we asked the doctor for another appointment, for a date when he himself will be available at the hospital. This was the final blow.When my mother finally met him and asked what possibly is wrong, he simply waved it off saying it was not his area, and that she should go to some other doctor like ortho or physiotherapist. My mother told him that she's constantly suffering from gastric issues *** *** ****** **** ** ***** *** ***** ******* ** *** But this guy, to her utter astonishment, says "how do you know its gas, could be some other issue, pls go to someone else". He didn't even recommend someone in writing, not a single advice as to what could be possibly wrong and such rude and arrogant behaviour.***** ***** **** ****** **** * ****** ***** Neither would we ever want anyone to experience what we did.

I am really short of word as words does not have that strength which can describe the journey. It was our second pregnancy and like all new couples we were unsure whom should we trust for taking care of unborn bundle of joy. In this case I was admitted in hospital in first trimester for threatened abortion and you saved the life of my son, then things moved well. On 25.02.20 due to severe pain I was again admitted in hospital and I gave birth of preterm baby boy in 32 weeks. During my labour pain and delivery, you gave me confidence for normal delivery which was very much required at that time. All these things happen suddenly My husband called her around 3.55 PM on her personal number and she told him to bring me in Max Healthcare. She admitted me immediately and my son was born on 6.46 PM. It is pertinent to mention here that my first baby was born through C Section but under the supervision of Dr Parinita Kalita mam my second baby born with normal delivery. she is a perfectionist who has dealt everything with utmost brilliance. Thanks a lot Ma'am for your support and suggestions throughout my Pregnancy. It was a blessing knowing you. I wish you health, wealth and prosperity in your life. Very bad experience.Doctor didn't listen to the problem completely .My Mom has been suffering since january2019 .As first these ulcers were on gums so v thought it's dentist issue so the treatment was given by a dentist .But then a doctor suggested to consult a skin specialist hence Dr.Jain.But unfortunately neither did he ask what medicines she had taken nor did he bother to ask her any other medical history .HE kept on saying that you listen to me and ollow this prescription wdout realising that my mom had already taken those medicines .My Mom is 72yrs old and retired as a staff nurse and I also belong to the same profession and v knew what he had prescribed BUT WE DIDNOT FEEL LIKE ARGUING WITH HIM as he was pretty rude .He snubbed my mom when she tried to show him her prescription of the medicines she has been taking as he had been continuously suggesting that "observe kaun si dawai khane ke Baad apke ulcers nikalte hain " .She has been on thyroid and anyihypertensive since last 25yrs .Atleast he could have just asked her what all medications she has been on .I would never recommend him to anyone ** ** ******* **** *** ********* ****** *

The meaning of Parinita is expert or complete and indeed she is a perfectionist who has dealt everything with utmost brilliance. My colleague has suggested me her name and when I visited her I felt I am at the right place. The kind of love, care and affection she shows gives a home like feel. I was pregnant and suffering from ICHP a very rare but critical complication which sometimes lead to stillbirth if not taken care of properly. The way she has handled the entire situation is commendable. I was scared initially but she has very calmly done it and blessed with a baby boy. Thank you so much madam. I will always be grateful to you.

Doctor Amitabh was excellent.When we visited the hospital he tried to understand the case of my brother Vijay Gupta.After knowing the history he recommended some tests including MRI apart from many other tests.Based on those tests he told us in details about the surgery.He explained the technical,time duratiin,success rate and moneterial aspects in a very practical way.He then underwent the surgery as the way he suggested.All the procedures went as per suggestions of Dr Amitabh Goyal.Surgery was successful and went almost as suggested by the Dr.We are fully satisfied with Dr Amitabh for his support,knowledge,skills and his support.I am personally impressed with Dr Goyal and would definitely recommend him in near future for patients

Most important part for. a Dr is to carry on his work perfectly and satisfy the patient before and after his job which I think Dr Amitabh has done perfectly and full marks to him.

Dr hiten is a very experienced *** ******** doctor, he is very polite and also listens to your problems very patiently and very well explains the actual problem and its solution He not only dignose and operate but he makes sure that you go back in the same shape you were in before seeking his help ... its exactly 1 month to my grandmother's hip replacemnt surgery today and she is doing everything she used to do before she fell and broke her leg bone, it seems like it never happened to her at all ..she was in very good hands .

Due to chromosome translocation issue i have gone through 3 miscarriages in 6 years of my married life although my all testing reports were Normal. We were not abled to figure out the actual reason behind of it.

With God grace Dr. Anjali Taneja found out the reason behind my miscarriages as she advised KARYOTYPE test a kind of Genetic testing.

Dr Anjali is a doctor par excellence. Not only is she extremely competent in her field but also wears a friendly and charming demeanor. I have been under her treatment for over a year now and have had an absolutely satisfying experience with her. She guided me well with the best possible alternatives for my problem and I was able to go ahead with a total abdominal hysterectomy successfully even in the midst of Covid 19 scare. She has always been available for me even at the oddest of hours on phone, whenever I needed her.

I had admitted my son after taking appointment with Dr Amitabh. As we have experienced from the day of interaction to the end of discharge and so on is wonderful.
