I'd always remember this as one of the w*rst experience I ever had. There was nothing good about the treatment except the fancy hospital building. First The doctor made me wait about an hour. Then they told me get registered, which was again a painstakingly slow process. Then somehow we got to see the doctor who said to get a ultrasound first and then come back. For which we had to again go to billing counter to pay for the test. This was probably the slowest counter you'll ever goto. A simple process of just paying for a test will take around min 30-40 mins.I don't know if they picked up the slowest pc and smallest staff on counter they could get to make it more painful experience. For a simple ultrasound test again it them took around 3-4 hours. I don't understand with so much staff hanging around and charging such high prices for services you're still so slow. By the time the test was done the doctor had already left the hospital. Had to show my report to some other doctor, no idea who he was. So I basically paid to get treated by some other doctor and not the poster guy I paid for. 😀 What a great day and best use of my time. I went at 10:30 and left at 4pm.👍 Just for to get a simple check up and a ultrasund. Wow. I could even understand a 1-2 hour delays but no it was in every step. **** *** ******* *** ********** ***** * **** *** *** ** ****** couldn't even get a follow-up to show my reports. And to top it all Practo didn't paid the assurance fees they claim u get when the appointment gets late.This showed me how small and insignificant, a patient's time and satisfaction means ** ***** *****

We were very Sceptical on what will the doctor say, we have been visiting various doctors for a Injury my wife got on her wrist during the Pandemic lockdown.

3 months of pain and sleepless nights

Dr Ashok Kumar patiently heard the problem and then a quick check up gave us a relieving answer... A muscular injury which others were treating for Arthritis.

A intramuscular injection and some pain killer for just 3 days.

My wife is feeling better and her pain reduced to 50%. This shows that the injury is healing

Last year I went through an accident and were having multiple fractures in knee, Thai and pelvis and thought I will never be able to walk. Dr Manoj sir did my surgery in Fortis hospital vasant kunj. And after 2 days of surgery I went through the physiotherapy in there itself for couple of days

After 25 days of surgery, they asked me to walk and I was able to walk 8-10 steps which was unbelievable to me. And I started walk from that day itself with the help of walker. After 3-4 months I used to walk without any help. Now I am completely fine and no one can judge that my foot was fractured.

Dr Nivedita is empathetic *** ******* ******* She is very friendly with their patients. She looks for the cause of the problem instead of putting bandaids on it and tell you what is going on in regular language and not in ‘doctor talk. My both babies are delivered by her. She took every care when i was pregnent.she is always ready to give advice to her patients even on telephone. She is caring, compassionate and kind.

I like his approach of self and natural healing instead of jumping the gun and going for surgery for every small thing which usually doctors are known for these days to earn money. He is very approachable and friendly and doesn’t shoo you away quickly until your satisfied with the explanation of the medical condition! And his approach towards treatment has been very satisfactory for me!

Doctor adopted conservative treatment approach on both the occasions that I consulted him, there was no hurry or compulsion from his side to go in for intrusive surgical procedures, unlike my experience with other people of this fraternity for the same problem. I did not witness push towards harsh treatment approaches. I really wish for him to continue and maintain the same approach forever in his life.

Dr. Ashok Kumar is really well manner and experience Doctor. My brother was sick for 8 years and I brought him to a lot of hospitals and Doctors in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India but no one had diagnosed his disease, fortunately Doctor Nishant introduced us to Dr. Kumar and finally with first visit he found that my brother was Familial Fever. Alhamdulilah now he is under control.

Dr.renu achtani mam is so good in behaviour .she gave us time for describing our problem briefly . Don't know about weather the medicine will work or not but really I have not seen such a good nature doctor in my life.. really she is the face of God . thanks mam thanks ✌️✌️🥰
